SENSORY & ACTIVE PLAY POP-UP

LIABILITY, SAFETY & PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

PARENT/GUARDIAN SUPERVISION

Children must remain under the active supervision of their parent or legal guardian at all times. WigglePop Play Co. staff and event hosts are not providing childcare, babysitting, or drop-off supervision. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child and determining whether each activity is appropriate for their child.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS

Active and sensory play involves inherent risks, including running, jumping, crawling, balancing, slips, trips, falls, bumps, collisions, contact with toys or play equipment, spills or wet surfaces, and interaction with other children. Sensory activities may involve materials such as rice, pasta, sand, water, slime, play dough, foam, and similar materials. Accidental ingestion, skin irritation, allergic reactions, or other unexpected reactions may occur.

HEALTH, ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES

Parents/guardians are responsible for informing WigglePop Play Co. of any known allergies, sensitivities, medical restrictions, or other concerns before their child participates. Parents/guardians should determine whether any activity or material is appropriate for their child and should remove their child from an activity if they believe it is unsafe or inappropriate. WigglePop Play Co. cannot guarantee that sensory activities will be free from allergens or other substances that may cause a reaction.

PARTICIPATION

Participation in all activities is voluntary. Parents/guardians are responsible for making decisions regarding their child’s participation based on the child’s age, abilities, needs, and comfort level.

RELEASE & WAIVER

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participation in WigglePop Play Co. pop-up play activities is at the participant’s own risk. Parents/guardians acknowledge the risks associated with sensory and active play and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, WigglePop Play Co., its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, event partners, hosts, and representatives are released from claims arising from participation, including claims relating to ordinary negligence, except where such release is not legally permitted.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

WigglePop Play Co. does not provide medical care. In an emergency, WigglePop Play Co. or the event host may contact emergency medical services when immediate assistance appears necessary. Parents/guardians are responsible for any resulting medical or emergency expenses.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

WigglePop Play Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings brought to the event.

By participating in the WigglePop Play Co. pop-up, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have had the opportunity to read and understand this information.
